ROOM RULES & REGULATIONS
Check-In and Check-Out: - Check-in time is at 2:00 PM. Early check-in may be accommodated upon availability. - Check-out time is at 12:00 PM (noon). Late check-out until 1:00 PM is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee of PHP 1,000 per hour. - After check-out, guests must wait for Casa Gracia housekeeping to inspect the room before leaving. Occupancy and Additional Guests: - Additional guests beyond our room limit will incur a charge of PHP 500 per person, per night. - Room Use and Maintenance: - Please report any damages or issues in the room to our staff promptly. - Room service is available until 9:00 PM only Please contact our available staff ahead for any additional room requests or services. ===== Room Amenities: - Complimentary amenities include bottled water, toiletries, and towels. - A fee of PHP 150 will be charged for each additional towel requested beyond the complimentary provision. ==== Smoking and Pets: - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms. Guests may smoke outside; however, please ensure cigarette butts are disposed of in designated garbage bins. - We welcome one pet per room on a leash, with owners responsible for diapering and disposing of waste in designated bins during their stay. ======= Noise and Behavior: - Please respect the privacy and comfort of other guests. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. - Security and Valuables: - Casa Gracia is not liable for any loss of valuables or belongings left in the rooms. Swimming Pool Rules & Regulations
- Operating hours: 8:00am to 12:00am daily, barring inclement weather. -ATTIRE: Proper swimming attire is required. No denim, COTTON shorts or T-shirts. Please see the illustration below for guidelines. - WASHING PRIOR TO ENTERING THE POOL: Please rinse yourself at the indoor shower before entering the pool. - Towels: For Day & Night tour, guests are encouraged to bring their own towels. If you prefer to rent, they are available for PHP 150 each. For Overnight stays, towels are provided exclusively to checked-in guests and are available at the pool deck area. Please do not leave wet towels on the lounge chair, in the shower room or anywhere else; kindly return towels to the gazebo or hand them over to our staff. - ADULT / MEDICAL SUPERVISION: Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult, parent or guardian. Management takes no responsibility for nanny, lifeguard, or medical services. If one has a medical condition (i.e. heart disease, high blood pressure), PLEASE DO NOT SWIM ALONE. - DEPTH OF POOLS CHILDREN'S POOL - 1.5 feet ADULT POOL- gradual depth of 2 feet up to 5 feet Watch out for steps, an underwater ledge/bench in both pools. - NO DIVING is permitted in both pools at all times. - RUNNING, rough play and LOUD, boisterous behaviour is NOT allowed in the pool. - NO DINING: Glassware, bottles, plates, utensils, pre-packaged snacks, and food items are not allowed within the pool area/premises for cleanliness and safety. - Electric appliances (i.e. FANS, RADIOS), are not permitted in the pool area. - VALUABLES/CASH: Casa Gracia is not responsible for the damage, loss, or theft of any such items which ARE LEFT UNATTENDED - EMERGENCIES: Please inform our personnel at the Gazebo for any emergencies
